Richard Capobianco’s mystical sense of Heidegger

A 4-part reading of Richard Capobianco’s sense of Heidegger is available here. It’s a very close reading, such that by Part 4 my dialogue is sometimes phrase by phrase with RC’s text.

August 23

I extracted all of the themes from my commentary, dividing them into three topical regions, primarily regarding a view of [1] RC’s stances, [2] Heidegger’s stances (as I understand him, of course), or [3] my own themes.

That results in sets of 19 groups of themes, 24 groups, and 25 groups respectively, with some themes in each region’s groups pertaining to multiple groups within its region; and a few group topic names in each region are replicated in another region, but with their own themes. There are no intra-regional themes replicated in another region. (I know this isn’t useful, but I’m interested in creative process.)

The regioning altogether results in manifold constellations of foci (19, 24, 25) for each region, figuratively starring 19 foci in the first region, etc.

Dwelling with each star (each group, each focus, e.g., each of the 25) within its regional constellation would be a complex venture.

Many of the grouped foci for regions 2 and 3 relate to themes of mine in other projects, outside of Heideggerian interest (my interests: region 3) and inside (“his”: region 2).

I don’t know presently what I’m going to do with this constellational work, but it will definitely figure into future writing.
