I’m easily distracted from my path (building after the blueprint, protocols)  by appeals of newly anticipated prospects for conceptual cohering. A radiant horizon isn’t good for staying in one locale, you know—though I’ve lived in Berkeley over 45 years. 

Getting sidetracked by fascinations may not be optimal for reaching a given goal, but the eventual reach may be better for it.
